This was never with Court, not even a cancelled order.

Re: Court out in Heraklion
Well Dave, it started simple enough, so I thought...anyhow. Remembered the bogus Court...Central America.
They did use G-AXML on lease for a while in Pink Court so maybe they just liked it.
Court remained as a name for years an the was a ZS- Convair 580 or in full orange/yellow Court in the Nineties or there abouts. Court titles too.

Re: Court out in Heraklion
That's a pretty looking aircraft..
When you mentioned South America earlier.. at the time, I read South Africa. Yeah.. I know
I remembered Nationwide but couldn't (without checking) if their 1-11/s were ex-Court. It's so easy to get confused when you're partly deaf and don't read what's in front of you

Garry ( and others ) : having looked on G-Info , I think you are right that there was more than one pink one . One was transferred to Antigua in 1972, which i think must have been the one I went on a few times that years, and one was transferred to Windward islands ( probably Grenada ) in December 1973 which was about the time I came back to UK , so I doubt that that was the one I travelled on

Knew I had seen this recently
Post by Richard Church on the BAC One-Eleven Past & Present FB page
The colours were Pink (XMF, XMI, XML), Turquoise (WBL, XMJ, XMK initially), Lilac (ZEB, ZEC, BCCV) and yellow (XMH, YOP, YOR and later yellow). The Lilac aircraft all went to LIAT initially.
