I don't know who's Fairford you're using.. I only have the UK2000 version. There aren't any 'X's on the old crosswind runways (or what remains of them) on this version and to be honest, I don't know when they were cut up/disused for real. A quick look on Google Earth shows them pretty much as they are in the Uk2k version
EDIT: as an aside.. good news on the Lizzie repaints
