Yep Nev, just tried it and it all seems to work pretty well. The rise in pitch and volume of the engine sounds seems to end before the throttle levers are fully forward, but I don't suppose the two will always match if its an imported sound set...or am I wrong ? I much prefer the start-up sounds in Gary's set, also that radial 'gurgle' at low revs...very nice indeed.

What do you think of the model overall, Nev ?

That looks lovely  Does DG's Beaufighter have Hercules engines?
Ben, whoops, so very sorry I missed what you said there. I've had another of those frustrating 'software-will-not-do-what-I-shout-at-it' days. I have Dave G's Beau, but never thought to use those engine sounds out with the Noratlas. I'll give it a try.

Edited for shite grammar. 8)

Hi Paul,

No, DG's ones were by Lawdog over at Sim Outhouse, just checked the archived development thread, didn't realise how old it was! :-O

I downloaded it the other day, for nostalgic reasons; used to watch them coming into Northolt 50+ years back.
Had it in FS98 & FS9 too.

Hi Paul,

I thought the textures could be better, but there again I could not do them anyway!

Cannot get the engines to idle when flying from the VC though. I will try some test flights today to explore the envelope.
