Re: RISE OF FLIGHT AU$10.99
I find it an absolute pain...Nothing works when you first start it and you have to do a whole lot of things to even make your joystick do anything at all. When you do finally get airborne NOTHING is familiar and you soon get thoroughly Pd off with the whole thing. I've had it for years now and update it whenever it is indicated but the basic things are just not there. When I got Microsoft Flight the stick worked perfectly (I only had to reverse the elevator trim button). I could fly straight away and the sim worked like clockwork...I soon became very endeared to it and while flying today I noted to myself that this so called game was visually the most realistic Flight Simulator that I had ever flown...Rise of Flight on the other had is a pain in the A and just not worth all the trouble and strife...I will probably uninstall it now as it is a waste of space.

Re: RISE OF FLIGHT AU$10.99
Thanks Peter,
As I mentioned, I found the installation and set up overly difficult. Now I actually have it running. If the flight models are accurate, I would have certainly joined the "Twenty Minuters", and that would be if it took nineteen minutes to reach the enemy. The aircraft seem to say "You asked me five minutes ago to climb, now I'm starting to do it and you've changed your mind!"
