I thought the point of the PFI contract was you give them £X Billion over 25 years and they provide you with the contracted tanking capability. If they can't do that the only action the MoD should be doing is enacting the penalties due for breach of contract, they shouldn't be getting involved in fixing the problem or paying more money.

I hope you will all understand, but I am keeping out of this conversation!

Tonks, I can respect your position, I was just looking for clarification on what exactly was leaking if you could because (like we were joking about initially) the media sure isn't clear.

Hopefully it'll all get sorted in good time. All being well by the time I'm looking to be a tanker driver again...
