Might get me making vids again.
Question - Is the end format [on the site] flv, & would it make live easier if we as uploaders converted it first, or would that not matter?

I might even start making some videos myself. Although I have used FRAPS previously and I found the quality of my videos was rubbish.
Not sure what I did wrong, but they looked dire.
However some of the chaps on here manage to do a good job with FRAPS so I may need some coaching.
I suffer from paranoid amnesia. I can't remember who I don't trust.

Don't worry about it Garry...I'm quite happy to host it permanently

I have now managed to Upload a smaller video and I'm waiting for it to be processed
OK it has been processed now but there is a bug in the Aspect Ratio...It is being squashed up sideways:-

Ah, it does look a little squished!
I shall be fine tuning things so that's something to add to the fix list. I shall also increase the upload limit to 100mb and see how the server fairs.
Delticbob, yep, the vid is converted to flv so files in that format should uploads straight on as it.

The upload limit has now been increased to 100mb.
I am looking into the squished video issue as the other video uploaded so far seems to be correct. I shall upload some test videos and try and find what caused it.

I would say if Peter recorded or edited in widescreen then thats your answer.....because most avi's have the option for aspect ratio and these days most standard formats are widescreen...?
Just a thought.....your pondtube proberly is set for standard aspect ratios...?
