Just read this post & saw nobody had actually answered Nigels query so here it is.
1) Go to
www.msfsgateway.com - aircraft page 2 - Ricks Paint shop & you can download the Viscount 700.
2) Go to Flight Sim.com & ask for ETPS - there are at least 2 colour schemes for the Viscount.
3) Go to classicbritishfiles.com - panels & gauges, page 2 - and there is vc700v4.zip, which is one of Fraser McKays excellent panels as used by this sites VA.
Hope this helps.

Chris
What do you mean no one actually answered the request???
Dave B answered him on the first reply and I confirmed it
It can be got from Classic British FIles as said above
It looks like he was sorted form his reply
What more are we supposed to do????

OK Gents - maybe it is Monday morning & I'm supposed to be working but it seems there was some confusion about whether the original request had been answered in full. Nigel himself just said 'thanks for the info.' Nigel H-J , Franzi & Techy111 all seem to think Ricks site had been shut down. Also I didn't see anywhere about Frasers panel being available for the 700 Viscount, nor Flight Sim.com being mentioned about ETPS schemes.
Just trying to help.

Frasere upgraded panel is not for the 700..so the panel in the package is the right one
Rick.s site was hacked and can't be updated which is why we pointed him to CBF and my EPTS paints are on that site so why go to Flightsim.com when it is all on one site and we sent him there
His first reply post was to thank us.........so he seems he was sorted
It was fully answered straight off and there was never any confusion......until your post
