I was going to mention the Viking and Varsity but I didn't want to depress him any more  He'd have to start the HP42 off an hour before the others I think!

You know what Nigel.. I didn't realise that was FSX you were flying in and I guess it must have been if you kept hearing whoop whoop pull up  Nicely done anyway mate.. loved the 4 ship break

:o :o :o

Beats me mate :dunno: It's true that I have a habit of disabling bitching betty in whatever aircraft it appears so while I can't remember doing so in the Viscount, I can't guarantee I didn't  It may also be that I've never flown the Viscount that low while not in landing config. Bugger.. I'll have to go and try it now

I do all sort of daft things but I can't recall a Whoop Whoop Pull Up in the Viscount or anything I fly  :dunno:

Nigel have you ever downloaded a cockpit sounds enhancement pack or similar for something else???

No matey I haven't downloaded any extra sounds, the Viscount came straight off the production line via the updated version that was in errrm, the V A thingy download.

Well mate..

I've just given the visitors to East Midlands a rather spirited display and no whoop whoop. That said.. the GPWS lamp didn't even come on so I'll have to snag that with the groundcrew  All I got was the usual beep-beep-beep if I selected 2 clicks of flap without the gear being down. This can be annoying but it's supposed to be isn't it!

Dave, where the hell is Bitching Betty in the aircraft cfg file? It has to be there as tried flying it again and also got Glide Slope warning as I neared the R/W.

Thinking of re-doing the vid over the next few weeks as still have the old FS Recorder Flights that I made before using Fraps so, if I can evict Bitching Betty and put a restraining order on her then you might just be in for a treat!! ;-)

Nigel.

Many thanks Tony, yes, a bit of advise required about getting rid of the counter numbers would be very useful. Getting ready for my shift soon so depending on how busy I am, may not be back until tomorrow. Still trying to get Bitching Betty evicted but has hidden herself somewhere in the a/c cfg file the little runt!!

Dave, if you haven'y yet gone into hiding this is where I got the updated Viscounts....Bitching Betty stole herself inside somewhere!!
