I believe (from Pprune) that the pilot / organisers submitted a report to the CAA, who haven't responded as yet. There was no major damage to the aircraft, although it did land partially on the grass.
A video of the take-off (although not the landing) is available
HERE. You'll have to register to view it though.

Nice vid! You can almost hear the pilot thinking "Ah, what the hell, they can only revoke my license - but hang on, I haven't got one, yippee".

I'm guessing that wasn't what the pilot was thinking at all! :fart:
Clearly caused by a BIG gust of wind. I suppose they'll cut power at 80 knots in the future. That's if they can obtain Public Liability Insurance at a reasonable cost in the future...
Don't know why folks haven't had to register... I had to. Some good pics and show info on that site though.

If you want to know what the pilot was thinking, read the responses to the video in James's link. The pilot, under the username Victoraircraft makes a post in response and explains exactly what happened. Half way down page 2

Indeed mate
I think we should throw our combined weight behind the Victor. It managed this without any publicity and no lottery funding. My hat is permanently off to the team

Think outside the box and things
can happen ;-)

Evening folks,
Been lurking around here for a while and much enjoying the banter / aircraft and general camaraderie between you all. Anyway, finally found an excuse to post. I Found this clip of on youtube this afternoon & couldn't find any indication anyone else here has noticed it yet (apologies I know its old news but didn't realise someone had got it all on film) so thought you would like a pointer. Looks like someone was actually very well placed to catch "Teasin Tina" doing what she does best: -
