Hi Stevo,

I spent a fair wedge on mine 2 years ago. Its a Quad Extreem 2.66 with 4 GB RAM and a 8800GTX. If I get a chance tonight I'll check the frame rates again and take some shots.

:)

So you do have quite a good PC, much faster than mine, LOL

I built my PC when the duel core chips where still quite expensive so bought what I could afford at the time and it hasn't had any money spent on it since.

P4 3.4ghz CPU
2Gb DDR2 memory
Nvidia Geforce 7600GS 512mb graphics card

Hi

Just had another go with Teds models, and I can't believe they worked great? I tried another airfield placing 13 buildings this time, because I deleted the first one because of the low FPS, but this time a solid 30.0FPS. The only difference was this time I used whisplacer to place the models and not instant scenery?

I tried twice with the first airfield, but my system just didn't like them so I gave up.

I'll go back and try the first one again see if the same happens.

weird, must apologise to Ted for assuming they weren't optimised fully!
