Hmm..

Letting wind pass.. closing engines down.. I can't recall seeing either of those in the SOP (though wind may pass if the in-flight curry is a little more toxic than normal) :lol:

I've said this before but I'm going to say it again.. just in case anyone out there doesn't know :lol: The model, though perhaps not this EXACT version, was tested using real weather and a flightplan taken for a given day with weights taken from the plan. That is, a RW flightplan dated X of Y mated to archived wx for that date and time using ActiveSky. The difference was within around 900kg of the planned landing fuel :) I can't recall now if my flight was 900kg over or under but in the grand scale of things.. it was well within parameters :)

All things considered, we're looking at a free model running on a £40 game but.. if the real one can do a particular flight, the model should be able to do it too ;-)

BTW.. does anyone else remember Dan ditching pax over the side on one of his early flights?? :think:
