I think that has made me a bit unpopular with a few peoples' wives

McLeland Field is FS9 only and will not be going into FSX. To be quite honest, it is a bit late now to be considering installing it because it has evolved so far over the years that my own version is no longer shareable as it contains all sorts of bits and pieces that I have taken out of some of the best payware around, for my own purposes. The installation is absolutely manual and complex and most people do not get it right. Also, very few people here have powerful enough machines to run McLeland Field, or if they do have, then they will have moved on to FSX.

So, until I build an "installer version" that looks to see where your FS9.1 is installed and then plonks all the files in the right place WITHOUT giving you the option of putting them somewhere else, I am not really supporting "manual" installations of McLeland Field any longer. Sorry about this but support becomes a nightmare when people install files in destinations of their own choosing.

It has been fun flying around McLeland field, it hasn't half changed since I first installed it and even then it was quite far along its development.
