Yes, not only are they a popular civilian bird but numerous companies use them in the combat air support role with USAF, USN, U.S. National Guard, U.S. Coast Guard, Royal Navy, Royal Air Force, Canadian Armed Forces, French Navy, etc...etc... These include;
Northern Lights Combat Air Support (2 F58 Operational, ?? in storage)
Airborne Tactical Advantage Company (6 F58 Operational)
Hawker Hunter Aviation (12 F58/Mk58 and 2 T7/T8 Operational)

I have to admit, that is pretty cool. Lovely to see older types well maintained and still serving a purpose other than display. Kind of like the two Canberras doing high altitude mapping in the US, but better given the number of them. You learn something new every day.
