Yes you are. All these people spending lots of time on Flight Sim, flying your models, uses up a lot of electricity. The power plants that generate this electricity for us to use our computers will create greenhouse gasses, and contribute to global warming. Hang your head in shame. :D

David,

Please do not think this is a 'lecture' of a post - but I would just like to point out that this forum is' to quote a famous ad, 'Quite probably the best..' - everyone is more than happy (many go more than they need to) to answer questions and offer practical help.

Perhaps you do not use forums such as these often, but, please, remember that many members (not just here but elsewhere) have made exceptional products available for the enjoyment of all - for free. Even then, these works can be found uploaded by unscrupulous morons - and even for sale - which is nothing less than theft of the worst kind - pure and simple. Some authors (such as Rick) do release 'payware' items as well, and these suffer in the same way in that sadly there are people around who simply do not care what effort someone has put into anything, and will steal this work for their own ends. Thus, please understand that if posts are seen which are not always explicitly clear, then sometimes people who have been victims of this stealing will be very cautious.

Now, I am in NO WAY suggesting you have any nefarious intent in your question, and I also have to say I see nothing out of order in Rick's reply either - in fact were it me I may have went a lot further if I were in his position.

Anyway, it appears the cut of your post is that you require images of certain aircraft to use as thumbnails in Flightsim.
There are more ways of doing this than downloading images from Classic British - but - as has been said, there is no ban on you doing this.
I am absolutely certain if you ask for more information, and hints or tips about making your own screengrabs, you will receive the answers you need on this forum - I for one would be delighted to assist you in whatever small way I can, and I am sure the same goes for anyone else.

Please, try and be as clear as you can when asking questions, and I for one hope to see you posting more and more.

Enjoy your flightsim and take care.

David,
Pretty much everything in the gallery was captured by me (so I guess I am the 'artist' ), if you want any particular shots, I may well have the originals on my PC (or I could make some more). The only snag being they are (will be  ) done in FS9, which (IMHO) is the better sim for realistic shots. Right clicking should get your shots, my only problem would be if you were to use them as part of a commercial product, which does not seem to be the case.

....... maybe the mental anguish one would be subjected too causes a little edginess?

Not that a full bore rashing to Rick (or anyone else) is warranted. ever

Joe...

There are members of this forum who are suffering because of military service or pure bad luck..

..but you wouldn't know it as they are strong enough to carry on.

Nuff said.
