Cheers Rick.

Still got the same phone and turned it on to get the message. However, even though I'm sure I've turned off the adaptive text thingy, it's making up words I don't want and after 5 mins of trying to type 'Cheers Rick' and ending up with 'Baggage'.. I've given up

Believe it or not Rick, I dug that report out too

No.. speed is not what I want a Thruxton for. As long as it'll do a ton in a reasonable distance.. that'll do. It has half the horses, half the cylinders.. it's just about half of everything (including speed) of my ZX9R but I rarely use the potential of the ZX9 (yes officer.. rarely) and it's more 'in line' with how I usually travel (motorway speeds plus or minus.. usually plus) I always wanted a 'Cafe Racer' as a kid and at least with these new Triumphs.. you don't have to fill up with oil and adjust the points at every petrol stop ;-)
