Yes it is the checkerboard approach to Rwy 13 and I have just levelled out after the 45 degree turn from the ILS at 88 degrees. This shot of SGG on the downwind leg at 8000 feet shows the layout better. You can just make out Lion Rock with the checkerboard at the end of the runway. The buildings in the screenshot are the last ones before the runway extends into the harbour. Plenty of room for cranes there, Garry :thumbsup:

Cheers John. Amazing what you find on the web isn't it ;-) I have the complete series 1 but they're B&W. You still see some nice aircraft though ;-) The episodes currently being shown are of the same ilk as that trailer so all the airport clips are in glorious colour :rock: The Champions isn't a bad source of aircraft footage either with a lovely HS125 featuring recently ;-)
