Did they really stick that Concorde together with "No Nails" at Brooklands?

I'm retired now, and only live 10 mins from there. So if you need a hand from an ex-RAF airframes bod ......

She was nice and clean when I was there! (It was a Friday btw ;-) )

If I'd have known you'd be there on a Wednesday I'd have re-planned my LHR visit ;-)

Hi Dennis,

I honestly couldn't say if any 'No more nails' was used in getting DG back together but I have seen where they put plates in around the joins. To be fair.. they've done a really first rate job considering the state she was in when she arrived ;-) Wish I could afford to go inside and see her now she's finished :roll:
