If memory serves correctly, there was a thread on here for the BA Hi Res, and it was downloadable. Unfortunately I didn't have the foresight to back it up when I rebuilt my PC and had to PM Rick to get it again. It came with the bonus BCal

Rick - should you no longer have the originals then I do. Let me know if you want them sent over. The BA is a self extracting installer, the BCal was a ZIP of the texture folder.
