It those days they made a lot out of things and then when the next big thing came along they just moved on to that and the old one was thrown away.

It wasn't until the sixties that serious organised attempts were made to try and get preservation of aviation history on the go before it was too late....n this contry at least

Previous presevations were one off pet projects without due support.

interesting Howard Hughes had it for his own personal use. ....gee wiz ... could you imagine having that in that era.....
nice link to the Arrow too(which never exsisted ;-) ) but thats another story.

Anyone going to ask Zoren how it's coming along? Been almost 2 years now.
