I had a good three week battle to get a 'tag' removed from my line. They are joke, unless you are with them they send you on a wild goose chase going from number to number and the person you speak to says you need to talk to the last person you spoke to. Who in turn told you you need to speak to the next person.

I hate BT, I really do. Split it up and give it to the counties to sort out.
