If you get the Alphasim bird drop me a pm and I'll dig out tthe details of the repaint.

If you ever get the chance to have a flight, take it. One of the best half hours I've spent outside a bedroom.
The Shoreham T-6G (G-BKRA) is currently wearing the scheme from one I personally devised when the CAA changed the ruling as to ex-military aircraft wearing non-authentic schemes. I have the Alphasim version and find it very close to the real thing.

Besides this aeroplane there are four other T-6s available for rides - T-6G (G-TEXN) also from Shoreham, T-6G G-DDMV from Sywell and Rochester and the ex-Gary Numan Harvard Mk.IIB (G-AZSC) from Goodwood. All are thoroughly recommended and as John says its the closest most people are going to get to the WW2 fighters. The T-6 is a very charasmatic aeroplane and is respected by all flyers.

I've been lucky to have over 35 hours in them and have loved every second, by far my favourite aeroplane!! (must have fallen out of bed the wrong side when I was a child!).

Best wishes to all,

Martin

Thanks for info all, Martin got in ahead of me on reporting the others based at Shoreham & Goodwood.

Have often thought that I should aim to go up in one - better start saving the pennies and pick a date.

In the meantime, I'll try out one in the FS World.
