Ooh! It's got more gadgets. Amazing what you can find when you read manuals, isn't it?
I read somewhere that the B-52 won't be retired until 2040 which will make it 78 years since it first flew! Are the RAF being a bit premature retiring the VC10s?

I noticed you haven't got on (not essential but authentic and it does follow the terrain) the EVS monitor green screen in front of both pilots. Green light button on the left turns it on, top right dial does brightness.
I only tried with everything default, I might have another go with less fuel then. It wasn't a serious attempt
However they do say the real thing can't be flown out (with fuel to go anywhere then I would presume). So it would depend on how much fuel you had in and how far it could get you. Or might it be the length of runway you have, FSX default scenery or add-on Duxford, could they be different?
