Lovely jubbly! Personally wins me over more so than the 360. Don't ask me why, I think it just has more character.
Thanks for the HU

Re: PAD Shorts 330
Hi,
Sorry to be critical but with the nicely proportioned external model of the 360 I expected similar of the 330.
I wish PAD had taken out the forward fuselage plug of the 360 to get the nose to the correct length for the SD330. Looks out of proportion as it is, especially as the windows are now all over the place.
Sorry PAD.
Regards
John

And I've yet to find a photo of a 330 with a window in the port rear door.In October 1993, Shorts awarded $100 million plus contract to supply 20 C-23 Sherpa military transport aircraft to US Army National Guard; three-year programme involves converting SD-360 commuter aircraft into C-23B+ Sherpa transport aircraft for transporting army aviation components between National Guard bases; Shorts responsible for procuring aircraft, programme management and all engineering design, planning and procurement; de Havilland to assemble new Shorts 330-type twin-fin tail units; conversion by West Virginia Air Center includes removal of forward fuselage plug to restore aircraft to Shorts 330 length and addition of loading ramp.
Sorry PAD.
Regards
John

I am chuffed with it, I think overall its a good job and well worth a spot in my hanger, an ugly bugger compared to the "shed" but a great aircraft anyway a big

Thanks for the feedback guys.
The fuselage length issue is a valid one, and it's something we overlooked. Sometimes you get so close to a project that you just can't see the bloomin' obvious.
We have temporarily withdrawn the S330 downloads from our web site whilst we sort this out.
