Unfortunately it doesn't state who makes the airbrush on that page. I know there are a couple of brands favoured by the keen modellers (I am still working with a regular brush as I don't do much scale modelling these days...too busy modelling and/or painting for FSX ).
Try searching the 'rec.models.scale' newsgroup either via a newsreader app or via Google Groups as the question as to which is the best airbrush comes up quite often.
The airbrushes and the compressor look like Paasche copies from what I can see. If they're of decent quality they'll probably do just fine. Personally I tend to prefer Badger brushes, but that's just because they're what I've always had available for use.
For modelmaking I'd suggest the underslung bottle reservoir type as opposed the the gravity feed type shown in the ad. With a collection of spare bottles you can keep your various colours ready to use and there's less likelyhood of paint covered fingers.
As in the ad you'll probably be wanting two...a cheap and basic one for large areas of colour and a more precise dual-action for the finer details.
Don't forget a moisture trap for the compressor ;-)

Looks like the Airbrush Pro range - http://www.airbrush-pro.co.uk. I bought their AS18(2) compressor for £45 and am well pleased as I build a lot of railway models although I prefer Badger airbrushes. They do full packages quite inexpensively. Got a good review in the Gauge 0 Guild's quarterly magazine.
