Agree with you there John, in fact most of the BOAC schemes I've seen are nothing short of stunning.

What engines are those? Didn't the BOAC 74's only have the JT9's?

The Speedbird looks too high up the tail

I would think to also enlarge the speedbird
and the angle of the birds body looks a little shallow...
more degrees in attitude ...... this will be closer to the one on the real AC,, But
I think it is a nice redition of the 747 BOAC
and I would not have know it wasn't correct ,
but
if your after A good redition,
there is no choice but to resize and shift the bird a tad lower.

the most important thing I think is the Art your making from screen shots ,
well done.
