Dave, how can you say such a thing about a programme with one of the finest acting talents of the day; Amy Turtle was never that bad!
Well.. I concede that Amy Turtle would not consider appearing in WaH.. dead or alive Let us not forget the talents of Benny and Carlos the chef
No.. perhaps I was too cruel to say Crossroads. What I should have said was Crossroads II that appeared and dissapeared in one series. Why Jane Asher agreed to be in it is beyond me.. she should have stuck to cooking!!

Yeah, not like the great programmes from days gone by - "Man About The House", "Some Mothers Do 'Ave 'Em", "Bless This House", "Love Thy Neighbour", "Blakes 7" ................
It's always been mostly c**p Graham, with the odd real gem thrown in, just never on the main channels - I removed the ITV button from my remote, just in case I pressed it by accident!
I've got Freeview, which means I have four ITV channels to avoid!! Actually, I do have two ITV programmes which I do watch at the moment, very possibly an all time record for me!
I was listening to a programme on BBC 7 last Friday night, and they were discussing the release of series 4 of "Love Thy Neighbour" on DVD; they were undecided which was worse, the standard of the programme itself, or the fact that the first three series had sold enough copies to justify putting out series 4! I might start a poll, was this the worst series ever made on ITV?
