Wasn't Craig Jones was it Dave?
I honestly couldn't say Robin. He and the other chap were working down the road in Goring and wanted accommodation here but we didn't have the right number of rooms for the right amount of nights  They came back later that evening for a meal and a beer and the conversation got onto bikes. Both are (by the sound of things) serious about 4x4's too.. that is doing serious 4x4 off-roading

The other love of my life is a US Spec T140 - just about to rebuild it after approx 15 years of use.

Hi Kurt

you need to upload your pic to some webspace as you can't use your desktop as the storage point.

But your link was correct apart from that mate

Send it to me and i will post it for you.

Rick

Here are some shots I took today at the first run of the year for the bike club I belong to. Classic British Bikes of course as you'd expect in Milan.

Normally the sight of a BSA Rocket 3 in the wild would be excitement enough for one day....but

Image

I'm not entirely sure what this is apart from it's a BSA it's 500cc and it was built in 1934.

Image

This is my favourite, unfortunately from the way it was parked I couldn't get a good shot of it. :(

Image

Here's the engine anyway. ;)

Lunch was good too.

Hi Garry,

Lovely bikes Vincents. Very over engineered and therefore too expensive to be a viable proposition in the 50s and 60s. Also the reason though that there are proportionately still quite a few about.
