Classic British Flight Sim

Works fine together for me. The photoscenery just takes precedence wherever it is loaded and when you fly across the boundary to UTX, the normal vector scenery takes over. You can leave them both enabled or alternatively just enable/disable whichever you are going to fly over.

Its pretty dreadful in many places, e.g. around Belfast where the default scenery shows through. Indeed most of the coastline areas have problems.
