Further on the lights topic, my attention has been drawn to the fact that the promised alternative light settings for the no wing-tip tanks model are absent from the aircraft.cfg. Sorry about this, here they are. Simply replace the current [lights] section by the following:

Could you post that picture, DispatchDragon? All pics I have here show them without beacons, and 38158 on John's picture on p. 4 of this thread doesn't seem to have one either. Hello, I am afraid we're running a little behind schedule, but the Navy texture has been completed (see pic), flight calibration is under way and some mods have yet to be made to the panel.

I felt the noose tightening around my neck when Chris dropped the name "Constellation" in an early reply. Other respondents sensed that a turboprop variant might be involved.

The second clue clearly wasn't easily recognizable as a wing tip, but it did show part of the letter F ...

Is that the Turbo-Prop Super Constellation?

I'll accept that as CORRECT. The monickers R7V-2, YC-121F, or indeed Queen of the Skies With Knobs On I would have accepted as well. (I'll do both the Navy and the USAF version, with and without tip tanks.)
