Hi All,
If you're struggling with cabin fever and don't already have it I've uploaded the old Flying Stations Sea Fury model on my blog. There's a P3Dv4 specific version which has 64 bit dll gauges.

Re: Blown away
Ben,
What I find vaguely amusing is that preview covers at least half the add-on airports I've either bought or want! Eg St Barts, Saba, and Lukla. Now how to convince them to include Kai Tak as an active airfield...

Re: Blown away
Watching some of the videos released by MS the buildings are definitely 3D. There's also some road traffic in evidence, and operating more realistically than in the past, although the density doesn't seem to have been turned up yet. But then it is still in alpha so plenty more to come before release.

The limit was a 32-bit one with the original FSX model compiler, i.e. the programme that converted the x file from Max into the MDL for FSX. LM fixed it with one of the compilers for P3D which also allows you to make FSX compatible MDLs which exceed the original compilers limitations. I occasionally...

Is this any use? https://www.dropbox.com/s/u7wtkr245ghas ... 0.jpg?dl=0
It's from Wings of the Navy by Winkle Brown. I can send you the rest of the pages if you think it might be useful.

Re: Qantas 737s in a pickle
Personally, I'm most interested in finding out if they discover why they're cracking at 1/3 of their life span. Heavy landing or not, having a part crack that early in its life is kinda odd, especially (as Juan said) the original testing showed they should make it well beyond 90,000 cycles before a...
