So I have got a couple of scenery add ons for FSX.
Clearly I am totally stupid as I simply cannot activate them.
Starting from the main FSX start up menu I go to settings, scenery library, add area and up comes picture number 1
Click on LSGS Sion as per picture 2, click OK brings up picture 3
Click OK from that, nothing happens, so click on scenery, click OK and up comes picture 4
What am I doing wrong?
(Sorry the pictures loaded in the wrong order but at least they are labelled )

Old pilots never die, they just run out of runway.
Re: Activating scenery
Not done fsx for a bit, but I remember you had to click in the empty, (white) part of the box after pressing OK (picture 2) Hope that works

Re: Activating scenery
Hi Adrian,
Go to picture 3 and then click on the white area below scenery\texture
It will then put the scenery in your library.
It's a Windows 10 thing.

Re: Activating scenery
Hi Adrian,
I'm using W7, but I don't think that changes things. This is all inside FSX.
I thought that your pics looked a bit different to mine.
I just did this:
Add Area.
Add on Scenery.
Selected "A day at the seaside" and clicked:
Clicked OK, this highlighted the contents of the Directory box.
Clicked in the blank space under Scenery, Texture. It added to the active scenery.
Pretty much identical to previous post, but as I said, the appearance of yours looked a bit odd.
Good luck.

Are you sure that you have unzipped the downloaded files? I find XP11 downloads a little confusing in that they don't actually say they are zipped, but you need to right click on the download and then select unzip all, when you get unzipped folders with the same names as the download
