Ah...er...we were rather hoping you'd do that.
 Yes.. I see where you're coming from :cpu:

My heart says 'go on.. buy it' but my head is saying 'WTF for' :dunno: I didn't bite with the Hawk.. not even tempted though I may go for the Meatbox.. despite things I don't like. More clewed up folk have noted a few flaws in the external model (the Meatbox this is) and the pilots bone dome is poking my eye out BIG TIME (think dodgy wire aerials and searchlight navs as a comparison!!) but I may just get it. We'll see ;)

Looks like Andy will be in the driving seat for the 1-11

EDIT: Just noticed at SoH that AH have sorted the bone dome. The pilot now wears a lovely silver Mk1a  They've sorted the gunsight too for those interested :poke:

Hello,

Only paid £11 for it as I had some saved points.

Virtual cockpit is dreadful, sort of this we saw 10 years ago. Compared to David Maltby's work this is one to miss.

Well, I have to say I like the look of it. Nev, how does it fly ? Are there any major glitches or bugs ? How does it score on frame rates ? :)

I for one will be buying it, looking forward to a 1-11 in P3D. If nothing else want to do my part to keep the market for these classic airliners alive.

having watched a video -

This matched my thoughts exactly. Other poster on the Avsim P3D forum are saying the same as Nev.
I'd love a fully functioning BAC One-Eleven for P3D. I only wish it could be DM's!
Perhaps I'm mistaken and other reports will complement Justfligh'ts version, but I won't be getting my wallet out yet.

Judging from the video it looks very amateurish (I was going to use a shorter word but decided I needed to practice my speelling). The virtual cockpit does look generally very poor and those indicator lights are way too bright - or can they be dimmed at night? Also externals don't look up to much. The video doesn't help. But is it any good in the flying department?

A missed opportunity; if only a company like Quality Wings had taken this on.

I bought it tonight; only flown for 20 mins or so. It's certainly no QW or PMDG quality but I do like it. Not sure I'd pay full price for it; introductory price + points made it £13..........I'm happy at that price.

I'll see how it goes!

As to flying it well it seems quite docile with no vices as of yet. Maybe a little timid compared to the real thing?
