Reinstalling SkySim Hawk T1
I'm about to rebuilt my PC and I'll be reinstalling FSX addons, including the Skysim Hawk T1, which I see I bought almost 5 years ago now! I have my Registration Code and installer to hand... but are there any veterans of reinstalling this, who might have advice for me? I seem to recall it was a tricky thing to get right, or else one was left with a red box-shaped Hawk?!

Re: Reinstalling SkySim Hawk T1
Am I too late...?
I very recently reinstalled the Hawk into FSX Acceleration running on Windows 8 with no problems at all. I did have to apply for a new activation code by email ( [email protected] ) because I has exceeded some installation limit, but that was quickly supplied.
It is one of my favourite aircraft for fast scenery exploring.

Re: Reinstalling SkySim Hawk T1
Sorry to take so long to get back to you both. In the end it installed and validated just fine with my original code.
Many thanks

Re: Reinstalling SkySim Hawk T1
Sorry for the thread resurrection but does anyone know what the download file for the Hawk is called?
I've sent a message on the support page to get my downloads reactivated but in the meantime I was going to see if I could find it in the gigs of files my downloads folder!

Re: Reinstalling SkySim Hawk T1
Rick/Airtrooper...
I'm very interested in buying this one.
Ok, I'm aware that it is a few years old, but I'm reliably informed that there is no better Hawk for FSX.
The website throws up a warning re 'an outdated certificate'. I wish to ensure that I'm buying from the Skysim site, not an imposter.
Have you got a genuine link/email addy for me to purchase/request this model please ?
...and anyone know if this is flyable in P3d 2.3 ? I still use FSX, but I'd love to fly it in P3D.
Thanks
Bill

Bill..
I wish I could be certain the shop still functioned. The Skysim 'guv'nor' is a member here but we've not had sight nor sound of him for years. Is it only available from Skysim or are there alternatives? If you can find another re-seller.. it may be best to use them.. if you're sure they're bonafide.
