In 1996, a Bulgarian flight crew made the only ever IGS approach of a Soviet-built aircraft at Kai Tak, as an Air Sofia An-12 lands in Hong Kong.
And here's actual cockpit video of the landing, which inspired me to do this FS2004 recreation.

This video of the Antonov 12 made me laugh, the captain had this worried look on his face prior to take-off the co-pilot kept looking to his left towards the flight engineer and captain and seemed completely lost as to what he should do requiring the flight engineer to tell him. When it came to rotate, the captain could not pull the yoke beyond his stomach!!

I just inserted a kangaroo dropping in each ear. At first, I thought I heard the engines screaming, but it was Mrs Airspeed complaining about the smell.
After that, I couldn't hear a thing!
