Ah yes, the only Actor to appear in all 4 Airport series films
Its a pitty he didnt appear in Airplane, wouldve been a nice touch to the spoof

Agree completely. I was surprised he wasn't there!! Hope he hadn't died or something terminal like that He was a most unlikely 'Ed' in the Police Squad series of films.. especially as the one in the TV show was at least a foot shorter and completely different in every way thinkable
