Fair comment Den and one that applies to many of us here. I was at a point a couple of years ago when I started buying stuff in Christmas sales that were all 'last resort' with the result that I now have all the things I want and a great many I never really DID want 8) I'm also in the situation where I'm constantly moving stuff off one drive to another and then another (external) because this rig is full of stuff I don't use. It's almost at bursting point!! My FS drive has 9.82gb free (and that took a lot of work to get such an amount free) and my junk drive has 8.04gb free which also took some juggling. Only my FS9 drive is in good order (its my UK2K beta drive) and I'm determined it will not end up like the others

A fool and his money 8)

Do we need it? Well since I think this is our hobby, the answer to 'Need' us almost always no, but in economics class we were taught that 'needs' and 'desires' are the same thing so who knows.

The temptation got the better of me. I did want the Hawk and the Tornado, the BOB package seemed too good to pass up, I had the realair spit but told myself that's a late model, you need the early model. The JF Hurricane is definitely better than the FCS version and I can't say if the A2A Bf109 is better than the JF version, the JF Bf109 does come with some cooler paints.

And while I was at it, at 10 USD each the Meteor and the Canberra seemed too good to pass up, I have installed them but have not flown them yet and now regret my lack of self control. I actually was thinking of the Euro fighter and traffic 360 when I started but then learned they were not P3D compatible.

Bless ya Joe  Your self control really did go out the window didn't it :shhh: Never mind. What's done is done. I'm sure you'll get enjoyment out of some if not all of those and when the dust has settled and your nerves returned to normal.. enjoyment is what this is all about :agree:

I wanted to buy HS748 and F27 Fokker but I chickened out because I had been hearing lots of horror stories about JustFlight products. 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8)

Hi Aharon, I have both, with the Fokker F27, it flies quite nicely but it did accelerate too quickly for take-off but that was cured by altering the engine settings, now it is much better, as for the HS748 there is an upcoming service pack for it but presently I changed the aircraft cfg and the FDE and also the sounds to another well known HS748 :hide:

When the new update comes out I will install that as they have made some alterations including a new ASI but depending on how it flies I might once again revert to you know what. :wasntme:

Regards
Nigel.

Thanks, Nigel

MUCH APPRECIATED!! Looking forward to your strict review of those two planes when you get service pack updates for those 2 planes.

Hi Aharon, there is only one update pending and that is for the HS748, all I did with the F27 was alter the engine settings so it was more realistic on take-off.

Nigel.
