Good luck and speedy recovery. And I do hope the machine that goes 'ping' is working correctly.

Re: Week end break
Many thanks for the best wishes gentlemen, very much appreciated.
I can report that I arrived home just over an hour ago and all appears to have gone well.
The problem was that the wound from where I had my big to removed three years ago had opened up again. Nothing major, 5mm x 2mm, but bleeding and refusing to heal up after more than two months. A spur on the bone was deemed to be causing the problem, hence my op - to remove it.
In Friday and back home tonight.
As to nurses, I'm in bother again. A very attractive Spanish nurse came by about 11.00 this morning and said, "I want you on the bed now." Well I ask you. Apparently, I misunderstood this request and it was only for the purpose of a thorough investigation of the op site. And there I was thinking it was my birthday.
A wee dram now and off to bed. It will be nice to be able to sleep without someone waking me up to ask if I'm tired or to take my blood pressure.
Once again chaps, many thanks for the best wishes.
Graham.

Delighted to hear that you're back home, safe and well.
Hope you enjoyed your 'wee dram', and (as you say) - many more of 'em!
Regards
Kevin
