Hi Bill and welcome, still a lot of FS9 users here (I only 'came across' myself at the start of the year), but hopefully some nice VFR sceneries will change a few minds.

If (like me) you have trouble with Avsim, you can get Bill's Woodvale (and a lot more besides) at Shep's site here.....

I too was die-hard FS9 guy until Horizon Gen-X unleashed the power of FSX.

This woodvale is very nice :

Jim..

Can I spot another version of EGOW under mine in your pics ?

I can see two fire engines, and each hangar has a ghost copy just 'under' ?

Regards
Bill

Great little add-on. One of the few airfields that I have departed and flown into for real during AEF.

Many thanks for this!

I had the same problem Bill. That is before I discovered that I had Tony Meredith's version ,and still active in my FSX Library scenery settings.

May I congratulate you on a superb addon.Great well placed autogen [ Trees , houses and very good quality sheep ] complimenting Shep's ones ,very good road traffic and cleverly animated lamp posts truck's repair men.

Unfortunately I can't see any aircrafts static or on the move inspite of putting every thing as recommended ?? why

Does the traffic file needs recompiling for FSX use ?? ALL my other traffic files are in FSX mode.

Regards ,thanks and best wishes

Bill,

you're right!! I'd forgotten I'd made my own version of Woodvale (I'd created my own version of all the Vigilant bases!) I'll remove my file and re-take the pictures!!

Regards

Jim
