This Video takes me back to 1949...T was 16 and an ATC cadet and I had my only experience in a Dakota as an "Assistant Quartermaster" out to Berlin and back in the Berlin Airlift over a period of 5 days. Of course, the Dak I flew in did not have such a pretty paint job as the one in the video...The video looks really superb if you click it up to 720p HD and put it in Full Screen Mode.

You're right, no reverse rotation of the props; I wonder how they managed that?
Mrs A. looked across, asking if it was a DC-3. (proud husband brag)
Sound was enjoyable, too!

Nice video. :) I've never flown in a DC-3 but have climbed around in one. It felt very strange walking "uphill" once inside her. :lol:
