Well the price is right. 
I've always been curious about this aircraft. A glass cockpit trainer with a stripped (appearance wise) interior seemed a bit strange to me. Downloaded it and found it to actually be a pretty nice model. It even comes with virtual bugs going 'splat' into the windscreen. Seriously! Should be fun for short sightseeing flights.
