A2A Constellation promo video

Post by Paul K »

A2A's eagerly awaited Lockheed Constellation must be close to release, now that this promo video is out.

It certainly looks impressive.

Yup. Saw this earlier and got 5mins into the vid before giving up.

Everything you'd expect from A2A but even the lure of a BOAC paint will be enough for me to part with cash. Fed up of buying stuff I'm not likely to fly.

Wish I could be more enthusiastic. The problem is me rather than the Connie :cpu:

Wow, :-O now that may alter my plans on buying new aircraft, looks like the Just Flight BAC1-11 and HS748 may now be well and truly be put on the backburner! This looks really awesome!

Wonder how much it will be though and also with all the functions available how will it affect frame-rates? *-)

Think I might pop over to A2A and see what has been asked or written about this lovely aircraft.

Regards
Nigel.

DB, when you , I mean if you ever, buy prepar you'll get a Connie - variant. L049 something or other.. Free .. so it won't sting so much in the wallet as buying a Connie and not ever fly it. :agree:

Cheers

Cheers Joe;)

I'd love to get P3D because of the enhanced sea but my rig wouldn't run it. One day maybe;)

Well, it's now available but at $59.99 and the current exchange rate I may just pass on this for a while.

You're right John. Even if I were mad keen on the Connie.. I'd have to put this on the back-burner. Bought something from a U.S. site a few weeks ago and the conversion rate made an already marginal purchase less so :(

OMG :-O I had no idea that it would be this expensive as had my sights firmly set on it when it is released, I know they may say the price reflects not only the amount of work put into it but also the close simulation to the real Connie but no way can I justify spending that much even though after viewing the video, an extremely nice aircraft.

Nigel.
