Brian, this is the unnoficial colour scheme for CBFS ;)
Just thought about doing one, just for the fun of it ;)
Its not a virtual airline, mind you ;)

Thank you Rick.
This is Good news !
I could also upload these and/or future repaints into Mediafire,
and share the links here for everybody to download from!?
I just wanted your first impressions so thats why I bombarded you early this morning with those files !;)
Please advise. ;)
Another livery coming later....;)

Hi Rui

I have an entry for a red house colours in the aircraft.cfg you sent but no texture ?

is that deliberate or did file get missed ?

All look great Apart from Pale grey propeller roots (But I know you want ILS aerials the right colour)
a couple of errors in cfg but now sorted.

Regards
Rick

Oh wow...that looks great !
Im not very good good when it comes to military repaints....well, to speak the truth, I have never tried really....
but I do like spending time, ( and I mean TIME) in front of the computer and trying and experimenting new techniques....
just for the Jetstream texture main fuselage I have now created a small mosnter, with 190 new layers of those same experiments ;))))
Its always a headache when asked to come up with a simple paint kit...nothing is simple when I'm painting ;))))))
But I appreciate your words, and YES, when you go finally back to this model, I'll be here, hopefully, to pick up where I left...:)
Theres still bulkheads and other interiors to texture !!!!!My forte...;)
Thank you too for such a beautiful model.
Back to the third prototype now..:)

I started by making the T1 & T2 Jetstream then made a 200 series variant

which is why the ILS is black as it is on military variants.
That's why it's in an odd place but I will fix it eventually when I get back to finishing the model.

So it's no problem really

Und so spracht Zaratrusta !;) Wise words, Rick ;) You've made my day !
So there is hope after all for a finished model !!!!!!!!!! :excited: :excited: :excited:

...In the meantime...I'm stuck in pixel land...I have everything perfectly aligned, a perfect curved red area, and still ...that bit keeps showing...
Im trying to find a solution ...will get it done, eventually...I just didnt want to use the black nose , as this is still meant to represent the model as she rolled out, ...mmmhh....back to it.... :wall: :wall:

Rui

It's possible the radome is textured from side only. (check wireframe layer in paintkit)

I had so many complaints on other models that I never map the upper and lower surfaces properly (these people need to try and do that with FSDS3 that has no proper working wrap function)
almost impossible
