Re: DM's Classic British Jetliners In Review

Hello MIB,

good review!

Quite a lot of work - but the models and the man who made them definitely deserve it!

Cheers,

Nick

Re: Advice: Motor Decision

Volvo in the snow??? :dunno: Hi Garry, yes - this picture was taken in April when the 1st owner had passed away. The family then wanted to keep the car for one of their children but they but they refused to use it - "too cobby, too ugly for them". 8) That's why it was sold. Fine with me a...

And here's a special PS for Jon... Thanks for waving the flag for the Fiat, from your location I wouldn't expect nothing less. So - no thread-hijacking at all and... Re: Advice: Motor Decision

Many thanks for your advice!! Your comments tipped the scales, I thought about what I wanted to see on my drive - and what I would want to see my wife and my 1-year-old son in. Then I just rang the owner and bought the Volvo! Here it is and it's mine... :) http://i949.photobucket.com/albums/ad332/Wh...

Advice: Motor Decision

Gentlemen, as our Astra Caravan has recently left us - I'm about to choose a cheap family car with loads of space. There's two cars waiting for final decision, both priced around € 3.000,-, both petrol engined. After some talks with my wife she (!) suggested to ask for worldwide advice, so here I go...

Re: Grounded / CD issues

Gentlemen, first of all - many thanks for your kind replies!!! (and sorry the belated answer, I was out of office unexpectedly) Crikey, Nick, It's been many years since you needed to use a CD to run FS9! Where have you been? :hide: I admit, I never updated anything. As with everything in my li...

Grounded / CD issues

Gentlemen, after a long while I wanted to get back to FS9 yesterday - however I remained grounded, as my FS9 wont fire up due to the FS9-CD4 cannot be read by the CD-drive anymore. I'm about to try with an external drive in a few days but looking at the CD I believe it's the CD - looks quite scratch...
