Yes, a Mk.IIB. According to the IWM, it was one of the ones we sent to the USSR, and was recovered from there. I think I might go back down to Duxford and have a closer look at this exhibition. According to various blurbs, there are now seven airworthy ones together ( so, eight on site in total ).

There is another one, a Mk.II in Hangar 4, so there could have been seven together if they'd wanted.

Looks very nice indeed. I was flying the single-seater yesterday, and enjoying it as much as ever.

My grandsons are visiting, so I took them to Duxford just before Christmas. The exhibition was being made ready.







Nice to see six of them together.

I also wear glasses when using the computer, and no problem at all.
